We provide guided bicycle and e-bike tours in Kyoto, Japan. Tour prices, available options, and any additional charges are shown on the relevant tour and booking pages before payment.

3. Payment methods and timing

We accept online card payments through Square. Supported card brands shown at checkout include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. The full booking amount is charged at the time of reservation.

4. Service delivery

The tour is provided on the date and at the time specified in the confirmed reservation. Meeting details are provided on the relevant tour page and in booking communications.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. If we cancel because of unsafe weather, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
