Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Guest cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund.

2. Late arrivals and no-shows

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests who have not arrived by the scheduled tour start time are considered no-shows. No refunds or rescheduling are available for no-shows.

3. Unsafe weather and operator cancellations

Tours may proceed in light rain. If TRB Bike Tour Kyoto cancels a tour because conditions are unsafe, guests may reschedule to another available date or receive a full refund.

4. Route adjustments

Stops and routes may be changed because of weather, traffic, congestion, or local conditions. A route adjustment does not automatically mean the tour has been cancelled.

5. Refund processing

For bookings made directly on our website, contact us at kyoto@trbbiketour.com with your booking details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing time.

For bookings made through GetYourGuide or another booking platform, use that platform’s cancellation and refund process and consult the terms attached to your booking.
